Pick up the mic, I am the protagonist!
I am very interested in hosting, so I participated in the 17th host training camp "Pick up your mic, get high now" organized by the extracurricular activities group. Students who are interested in recording and audio-visual media. In order to improve your hosting skills to a higher level, learn to make good use of hosting skills in the training to attract the attention of the audience. The host talent training camp invites lecturers inside and outside the school to share hosting and broadcasting experience every year. The courses are rich and stimulate the potential of students.
The selected seed students can also visit radio stations and TV stations. After training, I am honored to be given the opportunity to host the "2021 Online Graduation Ceremony". The next year, I will take over the post of the 18th host master training camp. With the idea of letting more people know and like hosting, I will share my experience to the campers. The teachers and seniors in the extracurricular activities group also fully assisted me in the preparation of the activities. I learned from them the details of organizing activities and the spirit of supporting the younger generation.
"A Nobody, Big Stories - Touching Map Project"
I was very curious about the tourism and tourism industry in eastern Taiwan, so I found three students on campus to prepare the "A Nobody, Big Stories - Touching Map Project". Learn about the tourism industry in Taitung.
Among them, the most impressive visit was that we walked into Tiehua Village and met an old gentleman from South America. He believed that everyone should be treated equally and have the right to education, so he taught children to draw in war-torn or impoverished countries. , so that children have a skill. During the interview, he kept saying "Follow your mind", which made me realize that the moving map project is also based on a simple starting point to explore the unknown world. The project was postponed, suspended and restarted. Each partner experienced a lot of struggles in their hearts. With the support of the teachers of the General Education Center and the Youth Development Agency, the project was able to proceed smoothly. Back on campus, we were invited to the General Studies Salon to share this interview journey, encouraging every student to do what they want to do during their studies, and looking at the eyes of the audience, we realized that the impact of this trip is beyond our own thought.
Encountering problems, just go forward bravely to solve them.
There is a saying in the book of the Little Prince: "If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea." The potential we often overlook is our own infinite creativity. When we encounter problems, we go forward to solve them. Believe in yourself and make mistakes to get better.
