Nowadays, we are facing a world that moves more rapidly than before. Because the world doesn‘t

work like before, the problems we need to solve will not be clearly defined. Hence, we need to think

continuouslyand examine unceasingly, helping ourselves find the answers.

We also face another different situation which is totally different in comparison to the past. We cannot

get an absolutely correct answer, every result can be a unique solution, you are required to decide

according to theproblem you faced. Because of the rapid change and uncertainty, we cannot predict

allthe results. We should not insist on learning the knowledge, in contrast, we should learn the study

method. It helps us constantly enrich ourselves which makes us irreplaceable.

The presenter used the graphic from Ralph D. Stacey, which let us clearly know the problem types. At

the same time, the presenter told us that we are now in an environment which is called the VUCA

world. It is more complex than the previous one. However, if we can adapt well to it, there is nothing

that can defeat us.

I learned a lot from the presentation, including reskill, upskill, and thinking deeply, and it will make us

different from others. I believe that the things I gained from the presentation are helpful to me when I

need to make a decision in the future.
